I don't see how me renting out demons for general labour and use constitutes shady business practices, or has anything to do with my morals. Demons can be incredibly helpful, since they're much stronger than a human. Some are even excellent chefs.
[ Apparently he had been willing to believe that Kazuya had said last time about himself, but there seem to be some doubts left when it comes to the demons themselves.. ]
Where I'm from, while most demons are seen as stereo-typically evil, it's more of an umbrella term for any creature or deity who was cast down into hell by God when he took over. It encompasses monsters such as dragons, protector deities, some types of spirits, and even pantheon gods.
Beyond that, even if I were to summon one categorized as a man-eating monster, as it's king, it's bound to obey my words regardless of it's own will. The only thing above my word is if someone had a contract with it.
There must have been some sort of cultural miscommunication. I have never heard of such a story about demons. [ Mostly because the entire pantheon is just.. way different where Inigo comes from.. ]
I suppose I should then say I just hope that the ones you are sending out to help people are some of the good ones? Even if they are meant to obey you, I am fairly certain you would not want any sort of terrible accidents to be happening..
[It's fine. Tiki and Naga are good dragons to worship, tbh.]
Shouldn't make assumptions about people who are definitely from other worlds. Kind of makes you look a little silly.
That being said, most of the gods of those pantheons have been completely debased for the most part. Only the strongest among them retain their sense of self, and fewer still worry about actively helping humans.
The demons I'd be using might entail some of the more evil sort, but as they're completely bound to my will, I doubt anything would happen. They might be a little snippy, but they're forced to obey me.
[ He still isn't so sure about that last one, Kazuya. He doesn't want to doubt it too openly after everything else the other said, but-- well, even if Kazuya is right about all of this and he really is that powerful and all, there is so much that could go wrong.
Inigo doesn't send a reply right away. Instead he's thinking about how to put this in a polite sort of way, since it's not like he wants to hurt the other's feelings either..
... ]
Don't you ever worry that this place might attempt to mess with that?
[ There! A much better way of voicing his concerns, especially when this really is what he's mostly worried about. Much more than Kazuya himself, if the other is telling the truth, which seems pretty likely by now. ]
No. Even if it did, they'd know better than to disobey me. I'm their King, and I've already proven myself the strongest among them. They wouldn't so readily disobey me even if they had the freedom to do so on the off chance I'd just kill them for disobeying.
[ And of course, the repercussions of knowing they disobeyed him when he eventually goes home...
[ Okay, there are a lot of worrisome parts of this to Inigo. He'll admit to that much. But considering this is the one he was addressing a moment ago, and the only one he feels like the other might be able to understand from Kazuya's point of view as well-- ]
We don't always have that freedom in this place. I imagine the same goes for your demons, even though I can't be sure. This place has twisted our minds before in ways we could not stop.
i love you inigo...
he's always here to be the drama......
You told me that everything from before was a joke, but now you're renting out demons?? DID YOU LIE TO ME AFTER ALL???

Isn't that the whole point of demons??
